Digital marketing | SEO web content

National Trust Holidays, the commercial arm of Europe's largest conservation charity, offers unique holiday experiences across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. They manage a portfolio of over 500 historic cottages, bunkhouses, and bothies, alongside 23 scenic campsites, providing a diverse range of accommodation options steeped in history and natural beauty.

As Senior Digital Editor for the Commercial arm, I worked with copywriters and freelance writers to create content around high opportunity SEO search terms. I also developed best practice guidelines for national and regional content teams. Additionally, I work with UX and digital product teams to deliver core web developments, including enhanced content templates, site navigation, search functionality and booking funnel stages, as well as A/B testing and implementing insights from UX research.
